5-17-10 Life is Amazing!

We had a wonderful visit with Elder Hyer on Mothers Day on the ninth. It was so good to hear his voice. He sounds happy and well and is loving the work. After our nice conversation he didn't send a letter that week but he picked right up the next Monday

Life is still amazing here. I love this branch and the work has never been so good. We have 18 investigators on our list of people to focus on, I've never had half that many before. But most are very new and we found them these last 2 weeks. Godwin is ready to be baptized but we're waiting another week because this weekend is Harkov District Conference. We also have Zone Conference and alot of other stuff this week, it will be hard to meet with everyone that we want to meet with. And of course we are doing a lot of stuff to get ready for the temple dedication, everyone is stoked about it and we hope there will be a lot of "interested listeners" from it.

It has been difficult to meet with a lot of our investigators right now because a good amount of them are students and they are all taking exams, but those end this week so, hopefully, they will actually have time to meet and come to church.

American football is my favorite sport by far right now, I love playing it with everyone on P-day. I already told you all about my week with the recording, and I'm definitely going to just do that from now on. Try to save that if you can, it's like my new journal. Life is amazing. Love Elder Hyer
